Knowatoa does not publish how many questions a plan includes
- Knowatoa's pricing page and support FAQ both say all sites on an account share the same question limit. Neither gives the size of that limit for Knowatoa Starter or Growth.
- For more questions, Knowatoa's FAQs say to schedule a call. Knowatoa publishes no price for extra questions and no add-on pack.
- Knowatoa's custom questions page says "Unlimited Custom Questions" and names no plan, while its pricing and support FAQs describe a shared limit.
So Knowatoa's site does not show how many questions its $59 and $199 plans include, or what more questions will cost.
BotSay states the number on every plan: 60, 150 or 400 questions, each on six engines. The price is fixed per month, everything is included, and there are no add-ons. Moving up a BotSay plan changes only the number of questions, at the price on the pricing page.
Knowatoa does not publish a likely range or a test for a real change
Knowatoa's pricing FAQ says "answers change daily", and its feature pages describe automated daily tracking. Knowatoa's help page on whether your visibility is improving points to more questions ranked first and fewer marked Not Found, reviewed weekly or monthly. It publishes no likely range and no test for when a change is real. More daily reads, without a range or a real-change test, do not tell you whether you moved.
BotSay gives your Mention rate a likely range, the span the true rate almost certainly sits in, and shows how many answers it rests on. Knowatoa asks ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini through the OpenAI API, Anthropic's API and the Gemini API. BotSay asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode through each provider's official developer access or a licensed search-data provider, with web search switched on where the engine offers it. The questions, engines and method stay the same from week to week, so each reading compares cleanly with the one before.
