What's new in BotSay.
The changes you can see in the app, newest first. For how each part works, see the docs.
- Every chart is followed by a table, bars share one colour, and green marks only a real change.
- Buttons now say what is still missing before you can press them, and your own rows carry a You tag.
- Signed-in customers have a Help page that leads with the docs.
- Anyone can write to the team through the Contact page, and replies arrive by email with a link back to the conversation.
- Where to get in, the list of sites where you could be listed, now loads faster.
- The weekly email is switched on for every workspace member from 7 October, with an Unsubscribe link in each one.
- Admins can change or cancel their plan from Setup: Billing with the Change or cancel plan button.
- Sign-in now explains why a code did not work and when to try again.
- Anyone can now sign up for BotSay on their own and pay by card.
- Engine lines on charts each have their own pattern, and chart labels fit on a phone screen.
- Sign in with a code sent by email, with no password to remember.
- Add a passkey under Your account for quick sign-in with no code to wait for.
- Manage billing offers only the plans that fit your questions, and a downgrade waits until the end of the paid month.
- Your account shows who you are signed in as and lets each person turn their own weekly email on or off.
- Admins can see past bills in Setup: Billing, newest first, and view or download each one as a PDF.
- Every workspace now tracks all six engines: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode.
- A company with several brands can choose one brand to track during setup.
- Dashboard pages show their layout straight away while the numbers load, so they appear sooner.
- Admins can press Suggest questions in Setup: Questions for draft questions to accept or discard.
- Suggest rivals on the Rivals tab of Setup: Brands drafts rivals for an admin to accept or discard.
- When adding questions, Setup: Questions shows how many you have against your plan's limit.
- On Evidence, a site that cites you shows Already names you when a checked page of it names you.
- On a cited page's own screen in Evidence, you can mark the page as yours.
- The weekly email and This week now agree on which weeks can be compared.
- A guided wizard sets up a new workspace from your website address, suggesting your other sites, rivals and ten questions to begin with.
- You can accept, edit or add your own at every step, and the last screen says when your first reading runs.
- You can leave setup half way and return to the same step with Finish setting up.
- Setup: Brands shows why a suggested rival is tracked: which engines named it as your rival.
- Every active question is now asked on every run, and Setup: Readings says so.
- People an admin adds in Setup: People now get their invitation by email.
- Setup: People shows who has not joined yet, with Resend and Revoke for each invitation.
- Admins choose which country questions are asked from on the Country card in Setup: Readings. Gemini gives one answer for every country.
- New workspaces choose their country during setup, so the first readings ask from the right place.
- After a country change, trend charts show a labelled gap so each country's figures stay separate.
- On a steady week, This week and the weekly email say how big a change would have needed to be to count.
